Ask questions of specific customer segments, as defined by Shopify Segments

Currently, it is easy to see overall NPS, but it would be amazing to have a feature where I can easily filter by product and see individual product NPS.

It'd be great to be able to split test questions to get a better read of how the question we ask is influencing answers

Question targeting by customer tag. Example use case: we'd like to ask customers with loyalty tags additional questions.

Some of our products have much higher abandonment rates than others, and we'd love to understand why someone was interested in the product enough to click a link/search for it but not purchase it. We want to know what question the PDP is not answering for them.

If customers don't finish checking out, having a way to survey them and ask why they are leaving would be ideal for us. Personally, we see a drop-off at checkout and would love to get our customers' direct feedback.

Would love to see a reward ability to either send a free product or discount code reward for filling out the survey

Looking for email reports either daily or weekly with summaries of the data from all questions in the survey from that past week

Ability to customise the styling of the survey, or enable your app to opts into Shopify’s branding tokens
