You added a feature to manually updated "Other" responses to put them in proper categories which is GREAT, but a bit cumbersome.

Would like to be able to export all "Other" responses for a time period (probably all of 2023, for example) and then add a column in the spreadsheet for the proper category (assuming there is one).

Then we can send you the spreadsheet/data to update it on your end.

It would be helpful if the customer can select for example all the 'friends', 'family', 'daughter"...etc and reclassify as "Word of Mouth" (an existing response option) in one click, instead of finding them one by one for reclassification.
