- Is there a way to create seperate success messages at the end of the surveys for new customers vs. return customers? For example, we currently offer a 15% off discount code to new customers that take the survey, but we would also like to offer a different 5% discount code to return customers that take the survey again, in case any of their answers have changed, etc. However, right now we only have the option to enter one success message. Is this possible to customize this message at the end depending on new vs. return customer?
- Is there a way to do a ranking question? For example, if I put 5 responses to a question and want customers to rank the 5 responses from least important to most important, how can I do so?
