Add an integration with Gladly so that textual responses to open ended questions can be reviewed by customer service agents for possible followup. With the Shopify checkout UI extension, several customers do not bother to contact support through the proper channel, they just use the Fairing question as a place to issue a request (e.g. to cancel an order, get more info, etc)
