we're introducing rate limits on the Fairing API. This does not affect survey data collection.
What's changing
The
/api/responses
and /api/questions
endpoints will be limited to 100 requests per minute per workspace. Requests that exceed this limit will receive a 429 Too Many Requests
response with a Retry-After
header indicating how many seconds to wait before retrying.How to respond
If your integration makes frequent API calls - especially automated polling or batch syncs - ensure it stays under 100 requests per minute and handles 429 responses gracefully by respecting the
